In my absence, think about this...

I've been a little busy lately to put down what I've been mulling in my head.  So I'll leave you with this little flight of fancy that keeps my skin super smooth.  Before a bath or shower I dry brush my entire body in circular motions.  It gets the blood flowing, exfoliates and gives your skin a lovely glow.  All you need is a body brush (mine is an ecotools brush, that cost all of six dollars) and a little elbow grease.  I like to smooth on raw, virgin coconut oil afterwards for non greasy moisture and the fragrance of macaroons.  Enjoy!
